These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of WorkBridge (the "Platform"), operated by us ("WorkBridge", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. What WorkBridge offers
  • A job portal that surfaces live job listings sourced from third-party providers (including Indeed). Clicking "Apply" takes you to the original listing on the third-party site; we do not process job applications ourselves.
  • Paid mock interview packages, where a candidate books a session with a WorkBridge interviewer conducted over Microsoft Teams, followed by written feedback/a scorecard.
2. Third-party job listings

Job listings are aggregated from external sources and may change or be removed without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or outcome of any listing, and we are not a party to any employment relationship between you and a listing employer.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may register directly or via Google sign-in. We may suspend or terminate accounts used in violation of these Terms.

4. Mock interview bookings
  • Packages are paid in advance and scheduled subject to interviewer availability.
  • You are responsible for joining your scheduled Microsoft Teams session on time; late joins may reduce the effective session length.
  • Feedback/scorecards are provided as professional opinion for preparation purposes only and do not guarantee any hiring outcome.
5. Payments

Payments for mock interview packages are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank credentials. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Coupons, where offered, are subject to their own validity terms and cannot be combined unless stated.

6. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for paid packages are described in our Refunds & Cancellations policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to circumvent security controls, scraping content, impersonating another person, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

All Platform content, branding, and software, excluding third-party job listings and content you submit, is owned by WorkBridge and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkBridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for outcomes related to third-party job listings or interview results.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, India.
