1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using WorkBridge ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Accounts and roles

WorkBridge supports candidate, employer, and referrer accounts. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Employer accounts and job postings are subject to review and verification before jobs are published.

3. Job postings

Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job postings. WorkBridge reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing that violates these terms, applicable law, or our content guidelines. Some listings are imported from a company's own career site; WorkBridge does not control, verify, or vouch for those employers' hiring processes, and applying to an imported listing takes place entirely on that employer's own career site, outside the Platform.

No guarantee of a response, interview, or hire. Submitting a job application through WorkBridge — whether to an employer-posted listing or an imported one — does not guarantee that your application will be reviewed, that you will be contacted, interviewed, or offered a position, or that any hiring decision will be made. Hiring decisions rest solely with the employer.

4. Referral programme

Referrers may post openings at their own company and refer candidates directly through their own company's hiring process. WorkBridge does not pay any referral bonus, handle any payment, or act as a party to that hiring process — it is purely a way for a referrer to track candidates they've personally referred. A referral does not guarantee a response from the referrer, a review of your application, an interview, an offer, or employment — the referrer's own company makes every hiring decision, and WorkBridge has no ability to influence or expedite it.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: posting fraudulent jobs or profiles, scraping data, attempting to bypass verification, creating fake referrals, or uploading malicious files.

6. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit (resumes, job descriptions, company profiles). By submitting content, you grant WorkBridge a license to display and process it for the purpose of operating the Platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. WorkBridge is not a party to any employment relationship formed through the Platform and is not liable for hiring decisions, employment outcomes, or disputes between users.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
