Job Description Introduction We are building a modern Wipro. The India Consulting Hub (ICH) serves as a strategic global capability engine, enabling consulting-led transformation for healthcare & life sciences clients across geographies through scalable, high-quality delivery anchored in India. Overview The ICH Health Consulting practice operates as a global capability hub supporting markets such as Americas, Europe, and APAC. It focuses on enabling healthcare transformation programs across payer, provider, and digital health ecosystems through hub-led delivery, innovation, and domain expertise. Job Summary This role will scale the Health Consulting practice within the India Consulting Hub (ICH). The role will focus on enabling global markets through consulting delivery, solution development, and capability building across healthcare value chains including payer, provider, and digital health. The leader will act as a bridge between global client needs and India-based consulting delivery, driving transformation outcomes at scale. ͏ Core Responsibilities Enable Global Markets • Partner with global health leaders to support deal shaping, solutioning, and consulting delivery. • Enable consulting engagements across payer, provider, and digital health ecosystems from the hub. • Support pipeline growth through high-quality proposals and domain expertise. Deliver and Scale • Lead execution of large-scale health transformation programs from India. • Build scalable delivery models for health consulting leveraging India-based talent. • Ensure high-quality delivery, governance, and measurable client outcomes. Transform and Innovate • Develop reusable health consulting assets, accelerators, and IP (e.g., population health, claims modernization, digital front door). • Drive AI-led innovation across healthcare operations, analytics, and patient/member experience. • Standardize frameworks for global delivery and reuse. Practice Leadership • Build and scale a strong health consulting team within ICH. • Drive hiring, capability building, and domain expertise development. • Establish strong leadership pipeline and delivery governance within the practice. Stakeholder Management • Collaborate with global consulting leaders, market units, and delivery teams. • Act as a critical interface between ICH and global healthcare consulting leadership. • Align on priorities, delivery outcomes, and capability needs. Thought Leadership & IP • Contribute to development of health thought leadership, POVs, and internal IP. • Support global innovation agenda and health transformation frameworks. Partnerships • Support ecosystem partnerships relevant to health transformation (cloud, digital health, data platforms). • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enable scalable solutions. ͏ Ideal Candidate • Proven experience building and scaling health consulting capabilities in global delivery models. • Strong expertise across payer, provider, and digital health transformation. • Knowledge of population health, claims systems, revenue cycle, and healthcare analytics. • Experience in global delivery and cross-geo collaboration. • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building capabilities. • Ability to create reusable IP and drive consulting excellence from hub environments.
