About the role

Design and develop AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, and Copilot experiences that transform seller productivity and business workflows. Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), orchestration frameworks, and AI services into enterprise applications to deliver intelligent and contextual user experiences. Drive adoption of modern AI engineering practices across the development lifecycle. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 10+ years of professional software engineering experience developing and shipping commercial software. Good programming experience with one or more languages including C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or equivalent. Experience building modern web applications and distributed systems. Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and cloud services. Knowledge of software engineering fundamentals including object-oriented design, testing, performance optimization, and secure coding practices. Experience working in Agile development environments. 10+ years of experience building enterprise-scale software products and services. Experience developing AI-powered applications, Copilot experiences, intelligent agents, or conversational AI solutions. Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Good expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and microservices-based architectures. Experience developing modern front-end applications using React and TypeScript. Deep knowledge of Azure services including App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs, Azure Container Apps, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Experience with Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, NoSQL databases, and enterprise data platforms. Good understanding of application security, identity, authentication, authorization, and secure development practices. Experience building developer platforms and implementing platform engineering good practices. Proven ability to influence technical direction across multiple teams and drive cross-organizational outcomes. Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and agent-based engineering workflows. Build scalable front-end applications using React and TypeScript while developing robust backend services and APIs. Deliver highly available, performant, and maintainable solutions that meet enterprise security and compliance standards. Build seller-focused experiences that streamline sales processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance user engagement. Develop cloud-native applications using Azure services, microservices architectures, event-driven patterns, and platform engineering principles. Improve platform reliability, scalability, observability, deployment automation, and operational excellence. Implement security-by-design principles throughout application architecture and development. Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security requirements, privacy standards, and operational good practices. Contribute to technical strategy, architecture decisions, and engineering good practices. Evaluate emerging technologies and AI capabilities to identify opportunities for innovation.
