About the role

​​- Design and develop highly scalable cloud services and microservices that power Azure Managed Redis. - Drive platform modernization initiatives involving AKS, .NET, cloud-native architectures, automation, and service scalability. - Own services end-to-end, from architecture and implementation through deployment and live-site operations. - Drive secure-by-default engineering practices. - Partner with engineers, architects, PMs and customer-facing teams across multiple geographies. - Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and operational accountability.​ ​​Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 7+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience ​​- 5+ years of software engineering experience building large scale production services. - Strong understanding of cloud services, networking, APIs, storage systems, and service reliability concepts. - Experience debugging complex production issues and driving root-cause analysis. - Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, telemetry, and operational excellence practices.​
