About the role
Analyst – Global People Operations & COE Support Role Summary Support Global People COEs through a combination of SharePoint solution management, financial operations, reporting & analytics, stakeholder management, and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Partner with Global People teams (Talent, L&D, Digital HR, etc.) to support operational and strategic initiatives. - Manage recharge processes, invoicing, budget tracking, financial reporting, and transaction governance. - Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and business insights using Excel and Power BI. - Serve as a SharePoint Online SME, managing sites, content, permissions, enhancements, and user support. - Drive process improvement and automation initiatives using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform capabilities. - Coordinate projects, stakeholder communications, documentation, and implementation activities. - Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide trusted advisory support across business functions. - Create process documentation, support knowledge management, and enable team capability building.
