About the role

Administer and support VMware-based virtualized infrastructure across enterprise environments. Manage and maintain VMware vRealize and VMware vCloud platforms. Support VDI environments and enterprise computing solutions. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize virtual infrastructure performance and availability. Perform provisioning, configuration, upgrades, and patch management activities. Resolve infrastructure incidents and provide production support within defined SLAs. Strong hands-on experience with VMware Virtualization Technologies. Experience in VMware vRealize and VMware vCloud administration. Knowledge of VDI Support and enterprise computing environments.
