About the role

Provide production support for PLM applications and related business processes. Monitor application health and ensure availability of production systems. Handle incident, problem, and change management activities in line with support processes. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined SLAs. Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues Strong understanding of Maintenance and Production Support Processes. Experience in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Production Support. Location of Posting: Bangalore, Pune ,Chennai,Trivandrum
