About the role

Responsible for documenting, implementing, and updating organizational Integrated HSEMS policy, process, and procedures. • Coordinate with various functions for the implementation of HSE policies • Conduct HSE training & awareness sessions • Responsible for monitoring and reporting HSE performance • Ensure periodic team meetings for review of incidents, progress on initiatives, and planning improvements. • Identify, monitor, and ensure adherence to compliance obligations related to HSE • Review and update management plans • Ensure incidents are captured, analyzed, and corrective actions are taken. • Assist during audits and follow up for implementation and closure of correction and corrective actions • Ensure effective root cause analysis of non-conformances and implementation of appropriate measures for mitigation.
