About the role

A Day in the Life of an Infoscion • Analyze client business requirements and translate them into effective SAP MM solutions. • Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP MM functionalities in line with business needs. • Lead and support SAP MM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects. • Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, solution demonstrations, and conference room pilots. • Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to deliver developments and enhancements. • Identify process gaps and recommend business process improvements and system optimizations. • Develop effort estimates, project documentation, and implementation plans. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules. • Support client stakeholders during testing, go-live, and hypercare phases. • Contribute to organizational initiatives, knowledge management, and continuous improvement activities. • 3-5 years of experience in SAP MM with implementation, rollout, or support projects. • Strong knowledge of Purchasing, Inventory Management, LIV, Pricing, and Release Strategies. • Hands-on experience in Material Master, Vendor Master, and MM configuration. • Experience in at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout project. • Good understanding of Subcontracting, STO, and Consignment processes. • Knowledge of SAP MM integration with SD and FI/CO modules. • Experience in enhancements, support, and issue resolution. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability • Good knowledge on software configuration management systems • Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate • Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available • Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions • One or two industry domain knowledge • Client Interfacing skills • Project and Team management Location of posting - Infosys Ltd. is committed to ensuring you have the best experience throughout your journey with us.
