Technology & Transformation- OIDS- Senior Analyst | EDUT | Delhi • Job requisition ID : 109592  • Location: Delhi • Entity: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP  The team Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice works on assignments related to international trade engagements for government clients specializing in trade policy, economic development and global market access initiatives among others   Experience - 2-5 years   Location - - North- Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Punjab, Uttarakhand. - West- Chattisgarh, Dadra Nagar Haveli and Daman Diu, Goa, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan. - Central- Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, UP.  - South- Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Lakshwadeep, Tamil Nadu, Telangana. - North East- Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, West Bengal, Andaman & Nicobar Island.    Qualification requirement: MBA/ PGDM or equivalent degree (full-time management programme of atleast 12 months) from a recognized institution with minimum 2 years of consulting experience.   Key skills required:    Support in addressing the identified capacity gaps and strengthen the operational effectiveness of MSME District Facilitation Offices (DFOs) and Branch MSME DFOs involving the following: - Provide support to MSME DFOs and branch MSME DFOs in routine administrative tasks and daily service-delivery functions to ensure smooth and timely facilitation for MSMEs. - Offer frontline interaction and handholding support to MSMEs by managing walk-ins, calls, emails, and digital queries, guiding them on schemes, registrations, documentation and resolving basic operational challenges. - Assist in implementation of MSME schemes by coordinating beneficiary onboarding, tracking application status, verifying documentation and ensuring timely communication with applicants. - Support field-level engagements such as enterprise visits, cluster mapping, outreach drives and industrial surveys to strengthen grassroots presence and improve coverage. - Facilitate coordination with State/ UT MSME Departments, District Industries Centres (DICs), banks, Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC), Technology Centers, Industry associations and local institutions for smoother collaboration and faster issue escalation. - Assist in conducting awareness campaigns, workshops and outreach initiatives to enhance understanding and adoption of central and state/ UT level MSME schemes - Prepare documentation including meeting minutes, MIS updates, progress, reports, outreach trackers and other operational records for organized and consistent reporting. - Develop IEC material, localized content, success stories, FAQs, and simplified scheme guides to improve scheme accessibility and awareness among MSMEs. - Prepare MSME landscape reports assessing the State/ UT ecosystem, sectoral opportunities, challenges and strategic inputs for policymakers. - Conduct periodic market research on demand trends, sector competitiveness, pricing shifts, and emerging opportunities to support MSME decision-making. - Track regulatory, compliance, labour, environment, taxation and quality standards and prepare simplified guidance material for MSMEs. - Support export facilitation by analyzing global market trends, identifying potential export opportunities, documenting certification requirements and guiding MSMEs on export procedures. - Collect and analyze field data, stakeholder feedback, and survey insights to identify emerging needs and providing policy inputs to the Ministry. - Assist in scheme evaluation by analyzing adoption patterns, identifying bottlenecks, and providing recommendations of evidence-based improvements. - Other key activities as per the directions of MSME DFOs, Branch MSME DFOs, Office of DC MSME and Ministry of MSME - Participate in all fortnightly/ monthly meetings and review meetings
