Learn more about ET&P   Your work profile:   - We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 8-10 years of expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) to drive end-to-end implementation, support, enhancements, and optimization initiatives. - The ideal candidate should possess strong business process knowledge in Finance & Accounting and hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.   SAP Finance (FI)   - Configure and support: - General Ledger (GL) - Accounts Payable (AP) - Accounts Receivable (AR) - Asset Accounting (AA) - Bank Accounting - Cash Management - Financial Closing and Reporting - Manage month-end and year-end closing activities. - Configure and maintain tax, withholding tax, and statutory reporting requirements. - Support financial integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.   SAP Controlling (CO)   - Configure and support: - Cost Center Accounting - Profit Center Accounting - Internal Orders - Product Costing - COPA (Profitability Analysis) - Cost Element Accounting - Drive budgeting, planning, cost allocations, and profitability analysis processes.   Project & Delivery   - Participate in end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, migrations, and support projects. - Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications. - Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP best practices. - Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD) for custom developments. - Coordinate with technical teams for RICEFW developments. - Execute testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Hypercare support. - Provide production support and incident resolution.   SAP S/4HANA   - Lead or participate in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation/conversion projects. - Experience with: - Universal Journal (ACDOCA) - New Asset Accounting - FSCM - Group Reporting - Central Finance (preferred) - Support migration and data validation activities.   Stakeholder Management   - Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, Treasury, Taxation, and Audit teams. - Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user knowledge transfer. - Engage with leadership and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.     Key skills required   - 8-10 years of SAP FICO consulting experience. - 7 years of relevant experience - Minimum 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects. - Strong experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Finance. - Expertise in FI and CO module configuration. - Experience with interfaces, IDOCs, and integration points. - Strong understanding of accounting principles, IFRS, and financial processes. - Experience in preparing functional specifications and managing UAT activities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.   Preferred Skills   - SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification. - Experience in Central Finance, FSCM, Treasury, or Group Reporting. - Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications. - Exposure to SAP BTP and SAP Analytics Cloud. - Experience in global template rollout projects. - Knowledge of Agile and SAP Activate methodology.   Key Competencies   - Business process consulting - Problem-solving and analytical thinking - Client-facing communication - Leadership and mentoring - Risk identification and mitigation - Project management and coordination - Notice Period Preference: Immediate to 60 Days     Qualifications:   - Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
