Learn more about ET&P   Your work profile:   - Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout, enhancement, migration, and AMS/support engagements across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. - Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and design scalable finance and controlling solutions aligned with business objectives. - Configure and support SAP FI processes including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Taxation (GST). - Configure and manage SAP CO processes including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Material Ledger, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA). - Drive finance transformation initiatives leveraging SAP S/4HANA Finance capabilities and best practices. - Prepare functional specifications, coordinate with ABAP and technical teams, and ensure successful development and deployment of enhancements. - Lead testing activities including SIT, UAT, Cutover Planning, Go-Live, and Hypercare support. - Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes and ensure timely resolution of production issues. - Design and manage integrations between SAP FICO and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, PS, PM, Treasury, and external applications. - Monitor solution quality, provide governance, and ensure adherence to project standards and methodologies. - Mentor junior consultants and lead functional teams across project delivery cycles. - Manage client communication, project planning, risk mitigation, stakeholder expectations, and delivery governance.   Key skills required   - Experience: 10-12 Years - Location: PAN India / Hybrid - SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Finance - General Ledger (GL) - Accounts Payable (AP) - Accounts Receivable (AR) - Asset Accounting (AA) - Bank Accounting - GST & Taxation - Cost Center Accounting - Profit Center Accounting - Internal Orders - Product Costing - Material Ledger - Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) - Financial Closing Processes - SAP Fiori Applications - Embedded Analytics - Functional Specification Development - SAP Integration with MM, SD, PP, PS, PM, and Treasury - SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation - Stakeholder Management & Leadership   Qualifications:   - Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. - MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, CPA, or other relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage. - SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification preferred.
