Senior Team Lead | ET&P - Oracle | Oracle Cloud ERP-SCM • Job requisition ID : 105975  • Location: Delhi • Entity: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP  Senior Team Lead | ET&P – Oracle | Oracle Cloud ERP -SCM   Location: Delhi / Gurgaon   The team Enterprise technology has to do much more than keep the wheels turning; it is the engine that drives functional excellence and the enabler of innovation and long-term growth. Learn more about ET&P   Your work profile • Lead Oracle Fusion Procurement and Inventory Cloud implementations, enhancements, and support engagements. • Conduct client workshops to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. • Design and configure Oracle Fusion Procurement modules including Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Qualification, Supplier Portal, and Sourcing. • Design and configure Oracle Fusion Inventory Management, Item Master, Inventory Transactions, Costing integrations, and Supply Chain processes. • Drive solution design discussions and recommend Oracle standard leading practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Financials, SCM, Manufacturing, Planning, and Order Management modules. • Support data migration, integration design, testing, training, and deployment activities. • Lead SIT, UAT, and production readiness activities while ensuring successful business adoption. • Provide functional guidance to project teams and mentor junior consultants. • Manage stakeholder communication, issue resolution, and project deliverables throughout the implementation lifecycle.   Key skills required • Education: Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree • 7+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement and Inventory Cloud. • Hands-on experience configuring Procurement and Inventory modules in at least 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations. • Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, Item Management, Supplier Management, and Supply Chain business processes. • Experience with Procurement Contracts, Supplier Qualification, Strategic Sourcing, and Inventory Transactions is preferred. • Knowledge of integrations with Oracle Financials, Manufacturing, Planning, and Order Management modules. • Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, fit-gap analysis, testing, training, and go-live support. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Experience working in Agile and hybrid project delivery environments. • Oracle Cloud certifications in Procurement and/or SCM Cloud will be an added advantage.
