Through innovation, we improve financial performance, accelerate new digital businesses and fuel growth. Learn more about Engineering, AI and Data   Your work profile As a Senior Team Lead at Deloitte Consulting you will be responsible to lead design validation, sizing, and end-to-end implementation of Private Cloud platforms. Owns solution build, migrations, and operational excellence. Guides junior engineers and interacts with customers.   - Perform cloud assessment and capacity planning - Design compute, storage, network, and virtualization architecture - Size environments based on workloads (CPU, RAM, IOPS, throughput) - Deploy clusters and automate provisioning - Implement DR and backup strategies (RPO/RTO based) - Lead POCs and migrations to Private Cloud - Implement container platforms (OpenShift/Kubernetes) - Create HLD/LLD and operational procedures - Drive performance tuning and optimization - Mentor Analyst, Senior Analyst and Consultant resources.       Key skills required:  - Education-Bachelors in Engineering - SDDC architecture principles - VMware/Nutanix cluster design - Storage design (IOPS modelling, tiering) - Networking (leaf-spine, VXLAN, NSX concepts) - Backup & DR architecture - Linux/Windows server engineering - Hands-on automation (Ansible/Terraform/PowerCLI) - Container orchestration (OpenShift/Kubernetes) - Troubleshooting complex infra issues   Experience - 5–8 years infrastructure/virtualization/cloud - 3–4 years in architecture or design roles   Certifications (Preferred) - VCAP / Nutanix NCP / RHCE / CKA
