Senior Consultant | SQL | Bengaluru | Engineering | Data Modernization & Migration     Required Skills - Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation is required. - Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for dashboard creation and reporting. - Analytical programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for advanced data analysis and modeling. - Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and understanding of sales data structures.   Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills -  Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of tackling complex business challenges with a data-driven approach. Communication & Interpersonal Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams   Education - Bachelor/Master’s degree
