Learn more about ET&P Your work profile Experienced SAP S/4HANA MM/QM Functional Consultant responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, configuring SAP Materials Management (MM) and Quality Management (QM) processes, and supporting end-to-end SAP implementation projects. Expertise in procurement, inventory management, quality inspection, vendor quality management, and cross-functional integration with SAP FI/CO, PP, SD, EWM, PM, and Ariba.   Key skills required - Analyze business requirements and design SAP MM solutions aligned with organizational processes. - 5 years of relevant experinece in SAP MM - Configure and support SAP S/4HANA MM processes, including: - Procurement Lifecycle (Procure-to-Pay) - Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders - RFQ and Quotation Management - Source Determination - Vendor Evaluation - Inventory Management - Goods Receipt and Goods Issue - Physical Inventory - Subcontracting - Consignment Processing - Stock Transport Orders (STO) - Invoice Verification - Configure: - Material Master - Vendor Business Partner - Purchasing Organization and Purchasing Groups - Valuation and Account Determination - Release Strategies/Workflows - Movement Types and Document Types SAP QM Functional Responsibilities - Configure and support SAP QM processes, including: - Quality Planning - Inspection Planning - Quality Inspection - Goods Receipt Inspection - In-Process Inspection - Final Inspection - Vendor Quality Management - Customer Quality Management - Quality Notifications - Non-Conformance Management - Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) - Configure: - Inspection Types - Inspection Plans - Sampling Procedures - Quality Characteristics - Quality Records - Quality Notifications - Usage Decisions Project Delivery Responsibilities - Participate in all phases of SAP implementation projects: - Requirement Gathering - Fit-Gap Analysis - Solution Design - Configuration - Unit Testing - System Integration Testing (SIT) - User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Cutover and Go-Live Support - Hypercare Support - Prepare Functional Specifications for custom developments and enhancements. - Collaborate with technical teams for development, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows. - Conduct end-user training and prepare business process documentation. Integration Responsibilities - Work closely with: - SAP FI/CO for valuation and invoice verification - SAP PP for production and quality integration - SAP SD for quality and logistics processes - SAP EWM for warehouse integration - SAP PM for maintenance-related quality inspections - SAP Ariba (preferred) - Support integration with third-party quality and procurement systems.
