Senior Consultant | SAP BRIM | Bengaluru | SAP | DSA Emerging • Job requisition ID : 109087  • Location: Bengaluru • Entity: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP  Senior Consultant | Enterprise Technology & Performance | SAP CM   Location: Bangalore   The team   Your work profile Role Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM) Senior Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in BRIM Convergent Mediation implementation and AMS support projects. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in highly customized BRIM environments and possess cross-domain BRIM knowledge to support complex usage data processing and mediation scenarios. - Lead and support SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation implementation and AMS activities - Design, configure, and support mediation flows including: - Data collection, filtering, enrichment, aggregation, and distribution - Mapping mediation outputs to downstream BRIM components - Handle incident, problem, and change management in AMS engagements - Analyze and resolve issues in highly customized mediation pipelines - Perform root cause analysis for data discrepancies and performance issues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CC, CI, SOM, FI-CA, RAR, ABAP) - Ensure smooth integration between Convergent Mediation and Convergent Charging - Prepare functional/technical specifications, configuration documents, and KT materials - Support testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) and defect resolution - Guide junior consultants and support business users during critical issues   Key skills required - Education: Any bachelor's/ master’s degree of B.Tech/ B.E or any related field - 6–10 years of overall SAP experience with strong focus on SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation - Hands-on experience in Convergent Mediation implementation and AMS projects - Strong understanding of BRIM end-to-end architecture and usage-to-cash flow - Experience working in highly customized SAP BRIM systems - Solid knowledge of mediation concepts (usage data processing, transformation, error handling) - Cross-domain BRIM knowledge (CC, CI, SOM, FI-CA – exposure preferred) - Good understanding of integration points within the BRIM landscape - Ability to work independently in complex support and delivery environments - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Experience with SAP S/4HANA BRIM - Exposure to high-volume usage data and performance tuning - Basic understanding of ABAP / technical debugging for mediation-related issues - Experience in large-scale AMS or global BRIM implementationsTop of Form
