Learn more about ET&P Your work profile - Design, develop, and enhance EPBCS models, business rules, dashboards, processes based on business requirements. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand planning processes and translate requirements into scalable solutions. - Support end-to-end implementation activities including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare support. - Perform model optimization, troubleshooting, and performance improvements while adhering to EPM best practices. - Develop and support integrations between EPBCS  and other source systems. - Support UAT, SIT, regression testing, and production deployments while ensuring solution quality and business acceptance. - Prepare functional and technical documentation and conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions. - Work closely with global delivery teams and client stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.   Key skills required - 5–8 years (Senior Consultant) of experience in EPM model building and implementation. - Strong hands-on experience with EPBCS dimensions, lists, hierarchies, forms, Workflow. - Good understanding of planning processes such as FP&A, Supply Chain Planning, Workforce Planning, Sales Planning. - Experience in solution design, requirement analysis, testing, and stakeholder management. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.   Education - Any Graduate
