Learn more about ET&P Your work Profile -   Design, configure, and implement OneStream applications based on business requirements. - Develop and maintain metadata, dimensions, workflows, business rules, and security models. - Create Cube Views, dashboards, reports, and data management solutions. - Participate in solution architecture discussions and recommend best practices. - Support application upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives. Financial Consolidation & Reporting - Implement and support financial consolidation and close processes. - Configure intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and ownership management. - Develop financial reports and management reporting solutions. - Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles. - Ensure accuracy and integrity of consolidated financial data. Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting - Design and implement budgeting, forecasting, and planning solutions. - Support scenario planning, driver-based planning, and variance analysis requirements. - Collaborate with FP&A teams to streamline planning processes. - Develop reporting and analytics solutions for business decision-making. Data Integration & Automation - Design and configure integrations between OneStream and ERP/source systems. - Build and support Data Management sequences and automated data load processes. - Troubleshoot data reconciliation and integration issues. - Drive automation and process improvement opportunities across finance operations. Client & Stakeholder Management - Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. - Conduct workshops, design sessions, and solution walkthroughs. - Act as a trusted advisor to finance and business users. - Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users. - Support UAT activities and deployment planning. Project Delivery - Participate in full project lifecycle activities including: - Requirement Gathering - Solution Design - Development - Testing - Deployment - Hypercare Support - Support project planning, estimation, and status reporting. - Identify risks, issues, and mitigation plans. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5-8 years of experience in EPM/CPM platforms with strong OneStream experience. - Hands-on experience delivering OneStream implementation or support projects. - Strong knowledge of: - Financial Consolidation - Financial Close - Planning & Forecasting - Budgeting - Management Reporting - Understanding of finance and accounting principles. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
