Learn more about ET&P Your work profile ·      Perform requirement gathering, do requirement analysis, and document the requirements. ·      Should have a good understanding of Project Management functionalities like Planning, Scheduling, Resource Management, Risk Management, Issues Management, Change Management, and Document Management ·      Should be able to map business requirements to Project Management Functionalities and build solution design accordingly. ·      Should have an understanding of the Project report requirements and be able to design reports as per client requirements. ·      Participate in pre-sales activities and help the team build demos. ·      Able to choose and suggest the right Project Management tool for the client as per the requirement. ·      Requires interaction with the client and does requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and design solution based on industry best practices in Project Management ·      Connect with the technical team and help the team understand the requirement, design, and build the solution ·      Requires building test cases and testing the solution as per the business requirement. ·      Co-ordinate with the client in performing the UAT, providing training on the solution, preparing training materials, and helping the team in rolling out the solution to end users ·      Ready to travel, as and when needed. Key skills required ·      5+ years of experience in total, with at least 3-4 years of Business Analyst Functional role. ·      Knowledge or Understanding of Project Management Tools like MS Project, Azure DevOps (preferable, if knowledgeable or have understanding in at least 1 of the above) ·      Good verbal, written, and negotiation communication skills. ·      Good presentation skills   Education - Any Graduate
