Learn more about ET&P Your work profile - Lead implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, primarily: - General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Financial Reporting - Drive requirement gathering sessions and map business processes to Oracle Cloud capabilities - Perform fit-gap analysis and design optimal R2R solutions - Configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules based on business and compliance requirements - Support period-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliation and reporting - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (P2P, O2C, Tax, Procurement) for integrated solutions - Assist in defining chart of accounts, ledger setups, and financial structures - Work with technical teams on integrations, reports (OTBI, BI Publisher), and data migration - Lead testing phases (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support - Identify opportunities for finance process optimization and automation - Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge development   Key skills required - Strong finance domain expertise with consulting mindset - Stakeholder management and business partnering skills - Attention to detail and regulatory awareness - Team leadership and mentoring capabilities   Education - BE, MBA, CA, Bcom , Mcom
