Learn more about ET&P   Your work profile   ·      Lead solution design configuration of supply chain planning processes in Kinaxis Maestro to support and drive green field, brown field and AMS related projects. ·      Translate business needs into detailed product specification and created user stories along with pre-aligned acceptance criteria from key stakeholders. ·      Configure solution design requirement user stories in Kinaxis Maestro across Demand/Supply planning processes ·      Support senior solution/enterprise architects and integration teams to clarify design impacts and dependencies. ·      Work with Integration architects to define input data requirements (master/transactional data) for in scope implementations. ·      Support UAT planning and execution, including clarifying test scenarios, expected outcomes, and sign-off criteria. ·      Drive end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle. ·      Mentor, driving and guiding consultant on solution design configuration and analytics support required in Kinaxis Maestro   Key skills required ·      5 to 7+  years of experience as a Senior solution consultant, with a strong focus on demand, aggregate supply planning, constraint management and production planning and scheduling processes. ·      Demonstrated experience leading requirements elicitation and specification for complex functional areas. ·      Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. ·      Strong collaboration across business and technical stakeholders. ·      Exposure to testing lifecycle and UAT execution preferred. ·      Experience with Agile delivery methods and tools (Jira, Confluence). Education - Any Graduate
