Manager | Other EPM: Tririga | Ahmedabad | Finance Transformation | Business Finance • Job requisition ID : 110329  • Location: Ahmedabad • Entity: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP  The team Enterprise technology must do much more than keep the wheels turning; it is the engine that drives functional excellence and the enabler of innovation and long-term growth. Learn more about ET&P Your work profile - Seeking an experienced Manager to lead ALM consulting engagements, drive solution delivery, manage client relationships, and oversee teams delivering enterprise Asset Lifecycle Management solutions across multiple industries. - The role requires a blend of business consulting, technology leadership, program delivery, and people management. - Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end ALM implementation and transformation programs. - Manage project delivery, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality. - Provide solution architecture and functional leadership across ALM platforms. - Drive requirement workshops, solution design sessions, and executive stakeholder discussions. - Lead teams of consultants, developers, and architects. - Establish governance, delivery standards, and implementation of the best practices. - Support cloud migration, modernization, digital transformation, and AI adoption initiatives. - Identify new business opportunities and contribute to pre-sales, proposals, and solution demonstrations. - Mentor and coach team members to build consulting capabilities. - Drive adoption of GenAI, Agentic AI, predictive maintenance, automation, and digital workplace innovations. - Any Graduate       Key skills required - 8-12 years of experience in ALM/EAM/IWMS consulting and delivery. - Deep expertise in one or more ALM platforms such as IBM Maximo, IBM TRIRIGA, IFS, IPS Energy, SAP EAM, Archibus, or Planon. - Proven experience managing implementation, upgrade, migration, and support programs. - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integrations, cloud technologies, and data management. - Knowledge of asset management frameworks, maintenance operations, facilities management, and capital project processes. - Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. - Experience managing global or multi-location teams. - Familiarity with AI-driven business transformation initiatives. - Master’s degree in computer science or related areas, Certification in any ALM related platform - PMP, Agile, Scrum, or platform-specific certifications. - Experience in consulting, system integration, or digital transformation organizations. - Exposure to industry regulations and compliance requirements.
