Learn more about ET&P Your work profile •      Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable, high-performance .NET Core applications •      Define and enforce engineering standards, design patterns, and best practices •      Drive adoption of modern architectures including microservices and cloud-native solutions •      Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle (requirement ➝ development ➝ deployment) •      Lead and mentor cross-functional full-stack teams, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery •      Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and clients to align solutions with business goals •      Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in planning and execution •      Architect and oversee development using: .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / Web API React JS and modern frontend frameworks •      Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security •      Establish and enforce code quality, testing strategies, and CI/CD processes •      Lead cloud adoption and DevOps practices, including: Kubernetes (KOB preferred), Docker, container orchestration CI/CD pipeline design and implementation •      Oversee application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in cloud and hybrid environments •      Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of new technologies •      Define governance standards for: DevOps Security and compliance Engineering excellence Key skills required ✅ Primary Technologies - .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API - React JS (strong expertise) - C#, OOPs, Design Patterns - SQL Server (advanced) - Entity Framework, LINQ     ✅ Frontend & Web Technologies - HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Web Design - JavaScript, jQuery, JSON - Angular (AngularJS, Angular 2+)   ✅ Architecture & Engineering - Microservices architecture - Dependency Injection - RESTful APIs - Secure coding practices - Scalable system design   ✅ Cloud & DevOps - Kubernetes (KOB preferred) - Docker & containerization - CI/CD pipelines - Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) - Application monitoring & performance tuning     ✅ Data & Integration - SQL and relational database design - Exposure to NoSQL and cloud databases - Data-driven application design   ✅ Tools & Methodologies - Agile/Scrum (TFS, Azure DevOps, Jira) - Version control systems (Git)     ✅ Leadership & Behavioral Skills - Strong communication and stakeholder management - Team leadership, mentoring, and scaling engineering teams - Strategic thinking and decision-making - High ownership and accountability - Positive attitude with strong collaboration mindset
