About the role

Strategic Consultant at the Government of India, Sports Governance, Sports Tech, E-sports, Anti-Doping, Olympics & Paralympics Committee, Policy, Partnership, Sponsorship, Research, Broadcast (Star Sports & Doordarshan), Education, Real Estate, Founder (Online Learning platform), Mentor to Consulting Professionals-Big 4   Programme & Project Management - Lead planning, monitoring and execution of Khelo India Games and associated sporting events. - Develop detailed project plans, implementation schedules and milestone trackers. - Monitor timelines, risks, dependencies and critical path activities. - Coordinate implementation across multiple functional areas. - Prepare dashboards, MIS reports and status updates for senior leadership. Event Planning & Operations - Support operational planning for Khelo India Youth Games, University Games, Winter Games, Para Games and other sporting events. - Coordinate with Host States for readiness assessments. - Track venue preparedness and operational readiness. - Develop SOPs, operational manuals and playbooks. - Support Games-time command centre operations. Stakeholder Coordination - Liaise with: - Sports Authority of India - Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports - Host State Governments - National Sports Federations - Technical Officials - Vendors and Service Providers - Facilitate review meetings and ensure closure of action items. Monitoring & Reporting - Develop project dashboards using Excel/Power BI. - Prepare presentations for senior government officials. - Track budgets and utilization. - Maintain project documentation and knowledge repositories.
