Learn more about ET&P Your work profile Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: · Lead the overall program governance for the Workday implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities. · Develop and maintain an integrated program plan, including milestones, workstreams, dependencies, resource requirements, and critical path activities. · Coordinate execution across functional, business, technology, and implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery of program objectives. · Establish robust governance mechanisms, including steering committee meetings, working group sessions, executive updates, and program status reporting. · Drive accountability across all stakeholders by tracking action items, following up on commitments, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. · Identify, assess, and proactively manage program risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID), escalating critical items to leadership where required. · Partner with business stakeholders to ensure functional requirements, design decisions, and implementation activities remain aligned with business needs. · Coordinate implementation activities including solution design reviews, testing cycles, data readiness, cutover planning, deployment readiness, and go-live support. · Monitor program progress through defined KPIs and dashboards, providing concise and actionable updates to senior leadership. · Facilitate cross-functional decision-making by resolving conflicts, removing roadblocks, and driving consensus among stakeholders. · Ensure appropriate program documentation, governance artifacts, meeting minutes, decision logs, and project plans are maintained throughout the implementation lifecycle. · Support organizational change management by coordinating communication, stakeholder engagement, training readiness, and user adoption activities. · Drive post-go-live stabilization activities, monitor implementation outcomes, and support transition to business-as-usual operations. · Continuously identify opportunities to improve program governance, delivery processes, and execution effectiveness · Manage and influence a diverse group of stakeholders across business, HR, technology, and implementation partners to drive alignment, collaboration, and successful program execution · Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business and technology leaders, providing timely updates, facilitating key decisions, and effectively managing stakeholder expectations throughout the program lifecycle Key skills required · Strong program and project management experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives · Strong understanding of Hire-to-Retire (H2R) business processes and HR operations, with experience supporting HR transformation initiatives preferred · Good understanding of ERP implementation methodologies, solution delivery lifecycles, and associated technical concepts to effectively engage with functional and technical teams · ERP implementation experience is highly desirable, with Workday implementation experience preferred · Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams. · Strong governance, planning, risk, issue, and dependency management capabilities. · Ability to hold stakeholders accountable and drive timely execution · Experience preparing executive-level status reports and steering committee presentations · Flexible and collaborative approach with the ability to work across business and technology teams · Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility to support business needs (typically aligned to India time zone, around 11 AM–8 PM generally). Preferred Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, HR, or a related discipline · 8–12 years of program/project management experience. · Prior ERP implementation experience; Workday implementation experience is highly preferred · Experience working with HR transformation or HR technology implementation programs · PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage · Experience managing third-party implementation partners and global stakeholders Work Model · Hybrid work model with an expectation to work from the office on designated collaboration days (2-3 days per week). The role primarily supports teams operating in the India time zone and requires flexibility to support key program milestones, governance meetings, and critical implementation activities.
