Manager | FT: Strategy & Ops | Bengaluru | Finance Transformation | Finance Strategy • Job requisition ID : 106099  • Location: Bengaluru • Entity: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP  The team Finance Transformation is a Service Area comprising of Consulting professionals providing various service offerings on Finance Strategy, Transformation-led Operate, GBS advisory, EPM solutions, Treasury and Project/Program Management. We are looking to expand the team to include like-minded professionals with pre-sales and solutioning expertise on large global Operate deals. Your work profile -  Drive large scale transformations, complex and cross functional engagements - Advice clients on the creation of strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve finance operations, and strengthen stakeholder management. - Lead the solution design and implementation ensuring high quality adhering to the timelines and defined budget. - Managing project financials, WIP, Debtors, Billing as per defined standards. - Advice clients on the creation of strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve finance operations, and strengthen stakeholder management. - Lead the solution design and implementation ensuring high quality adhering to the timelines and defined budget - Ensure project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met in accordance with client expectations. - Managing project financials, WIP, Debtors, Billing as per defined standards.              Key skills required:  - Inspiring - Leading with integrity to build inclusion and motivation - Agile - Achieving high-quality results through collaboration and Team unity - Collaborating - Partnering to build new solutions - Analytical Acumen - Leveraging data to recommend impactful approach and solutions through the power of analysis and visualization - Effective communication – Must be well abled to have well-structured and well-articulated conversations to achieve win-win possibilities - Engagement Management / Delivery Excellence - Effectively managing engagement(s) to ensure timely and proactive execution as well as course correction for - Experience: 5 to 14+ years of experience in Finance and Transformation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or technical role. - Education: CA / MBA and bachelor’s degree, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
