We work in conjuncture with various institutions solving key business problems across a broad-spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.     Your Work Profile - Provide advisory and consulting services to clients in the power and energy sector, including utilities, renewable energy developers, transmission and distribution companies, and government agencies. - Analyze and interpret regulatory frameworks, tariff regulations, policy directives, and market reforms impacting the power sector. - Develop and review financial models for power generation, transmission, distribution, and renewable energy projects. - Conduct project feasibility studies, business case assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and investment evaluations. - Perform energy audits and energy efficiency assessments, identifying opportunities for operational optimization and cost reduction. - Support regulatory filings, tariff petitions, power purchase agreements (PPAs), and stakeholder consultations. - Evaluate commercial and contractual arrangements, including bidding processes, procurement strategies, and risk allocation mechanisms.   Key Skills - 5–12 years of experience in the power and energy sector, consulting, utilities, regulatory commissions, or energy advisory organizations. - Strong understanding of electricity markets, regulatory mechanisms, tariff structures, and power sector reforms. - Experience in financial modeling, project finance, valuation, and economic analysis. - Knowledge of energy auditing methodologies, energy efficiency frameworks, and sustainability initiatives.   Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, or related discipline), Economics, Finance, or a related field.   Location and Ways of Working: Gurugram
