Manager | AMS Support & Delivery | Bengaluru | Technology Strategy & Transformation • Job requisition ID : 109807  • Location: Bengaluru • Entity: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP  The team Enterprise technology must do much more than keep the wheels turning; it is the engine that drives functional excellence and the enabler of innovation and long-term growth. Learn more about ET&P Your work profile - Solution Design & Configuration — Lead end-to-end configuration of Manhattan Active Omni modules including Order Management, Store Fulfillment, Customer Support Engagement, and Inventory Availability - Business Process Optimization — Analyze client requirements, map business processes, and translate them into optimal system configurations - Integration Management — Collaborate with development teams to configure APIs, webhooks, and integration with ERP, WMS, POS, and e-commerce platforms - Testing & Validation — Design test scenarios, execute UAT, and ensure configurations meet functional and performance requirements - Implementation Leadership — Drive configuration workstreams across multiple concurrent projects, managing timelines and deliverables - Documentation — Create and maintain configuration specifications, process flows, and runbooks - Support & Troubleshooting — Provide L3 support for production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement fixes .   Key skills required - 6+ years of hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Omni or Manhattan OMS - Proven track record of 3+ years of full-lifecycle implementations - Deep expertise in configuring Order Orchestration, Sourcing & Allocation, Store Fulfillment, and Inventory Visibility - Strong understanding of omnichannel retail processes: BOPIS, ship-from-store, endless aisle, returns management - Experience with Manhattan Active Platform architecture, including configuration and workflow design - Familiarity with REST APIs and integration - Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
