ET&P-SCNO | Transact Supplier Management | Senior Consultant | Bengaluru • Job requisition ID : 110788  • Location: Bengaluru • Entity: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP  ET&P -FT | Senior Team Lead | Regional SRM | Bengaluru The team Enterprise technology must do much more than keep the wheels turning; it is the engine that drives functional excellence and the enabler of innovation and long-term growth. Learn more about ET&P Your work profile   - Supplier Performance Management - Support supplier registration and onboarding processes in line with procurement requirements - Conduct supplier segmentation based on criticality, spend, and operational impact - Develop and maintain supplier performance scorecards (quality, delivery, cost, service KPIs); Perform performance analysis and support corrective action tracking - Track and report supplier KPIs and performance trends, highlighting deviations - Enable consistent review and reporting mechanisms for supplier performance - Supplier Engagement - Support preparation and execution of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) - Coordinate between procurement teams, business stakeholders, and suppliers - Manage supplier communication and engagement cadence - Facilitate governance forums and escalation handling for performance or operational issues - Drive alignment on performance expectations and improvement initiatives - Operational Support - Track and manage supplier-related issues, queries, and resolution workflows - Support expediting and delivery follow-ups to ensure supply continuity - Monitor supply risks and potential disruptions, escalating as required - Drive coordination with internal teams (procurement, planning, operations) - Support supplier risk tracking and mitigation monitoring at an operational level - Continuous Improvement - Support cost optimization initiatives - Enable value engineering and process improvement initiatives - Track and promote supplier innovation and improvement ideas - Support supplier development programs to enhance performance and capability - Identify opportunities for process standardization and efficiency improvements - Governance, Compliance & Reporting - Ensure adherence to procurement policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements - Maintain accurate, complete, and audit ready supplier records and documentation - Track and report SRM KPIs, issue logs, and escalation metrics - Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting packs - Provide insights into decision making and performance management - Digital Enablement & Continuous Improvement - Leverage ERP systems and performance tracking tools for supplier management - Standardize templates for scorecards, QBRs, and reporting - Improve data accuracy and automation of reporting processes - Contribute to building a scalable and structured SRM support capability   Key skills required - Experience 4-5 years of relevant experience in sourcing & procurement, supplier lifecycle management - Strong exposure to global procurement environments (MedTech, Pharma, FMCG/CPG) - Experience supporting local/regional sourcing environments or plant procurement activities - Experience in cross-functional coordination within global operating models or CoEs - Education-Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / B. Com / BBA / Supply Chain or equivalent) - Certifications (preferred): CSCP - Global Pharmaceutical, MedTech, or Consumer Goods (FMCG/CPG) organizations - Exposure to multi-BU / global operating models - Understanding of supplier dependencies and sourcing dynamics in operational settings - ERP systems: SAP, Ariba, Oracle - Analytics tools: Excel (Advance), Power BI, Tableau - Familiarity with supplier performance dashboards, tracking tools, and reporting systems.
