ET&P-Financial Transformation -AVP-HR Operations -Bangalore • Job requisition ID : 108098  • Location: Bengaluru • Entity: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP  ET&P-Financial Transformation -AVP-HR Operations -Bangalore The team Enterprise technology must do much more than keep the wheels turning; it is the engine that drives functional excellence and the enabler of innovation and long-term growth. Learn more about ET&P Your work profile   - Lead the delivery of HR Managed Services, covering processes such as Hire-to-Retire, Payroll, Talent Management, and Core HR. - Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality metrics, and compliance requirements. - Partner with clients to understand their HR technology landscape and continuously identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and optimization. - Manage governance, reporting, and performance reviews with clients and internal stakeholders. - Mentor and develop team members to build strong domain and delivery capabilities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Transition, PMO) for smooth onboarding of new accounts and process transitions. Key skills required - 10–15 years of experience in HR Operations  - Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and global service delivery models. - Hands-on experience managing operations delivery leveraging Workday, SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM or Darwinbox - Proven track record of managing large client accounts and service delivery teams. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills. - Experience in setting up or scaling HR Managed Services or GCCs. - Education : Any Graduate - Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools
