EA - Information Technology - DM - Icertis CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) - Mumbai - Thane • Job requisition ID : 104097  • Location: Mumbai - I-Think • Entity: Deloitte Shared Services India LLP  The team   The Enabling Areas – Information Technology team is responsible for building & maintaining different applications for Deloitte that focuses on providing employee experience.     Your work profile   We are looking for highly skilled technical professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager with expertise in Icertis CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) to develop, design, and manage Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end CLM implementations, strong understanding of contract processes.   - Configure and customize modules including workflows, templates, approvals, contract authoring, clause libraries, and obligation management. - Implement and optimize Icertis AI capabilities including: - Contract data extraction and classification - AI-driven clause recommendations - Risk identification and clause deviation analysis - Intelligent search and contract insights - Work on contract migration, data extraction, and AI model training/validation. - Perform system integration with enterprise applications (e.g., Datalake, ERP, CRM, SAP Ariba). - Conduct testing (UAT, QA) and support deployment activities. - Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials.   Key skills required   - 5 years and above hands-on experience in Icertis CLM (ICM) tool configuration and customization. - Hands-on expertise in configuration (templates, workflows, clause library, playbooks). - Experience in AI-driven contract migration and data extraction. - Knowledge of API integrations (REST/SOAP) and enterprise system connectivity. - Working knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred). - Strong analytical, problem-solving mindset - Icertis Certification (ICM) is a plus. - Knowledge of legal and compliance frameworks. - Exposure to AI/ML-based contract analytics tools. - Exposure to tools like SAP Ariba, SAP integrations.
