Director | TSA-tech Strategy and Architecture | Bengaluru | Technology Strategy & Transformation • Job requisition ID : 109457  • Location: Bengaluru • Entity: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP  Your work profile - Define and drive the enterprise Order Management Systems (OMS) technology strategy, architecture vision, and multi-year transformation roadmap. - Establish OMS architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise solutions. - Lead modernization initiatives across Distributed Order Management (DOM), omnichannel fulfillment, inventory visibility, customer order orchestration, and returns management. - Partner with Business, Product, Supply Chain, Store Operations, Digital Commerce, and Engineering teams to translate business objectives into scalable OMS solutions. - Drive architecture reviews, solution design, technology evaluations, and platform selection for OMS and enterprise integrations. - Lead enterprise integration architecture across OMS, ERP, WMS, TMS, CRM, eCommerce, POS, and marketplace ecosystems. - Champion cloud adoption, API-first architecture, event-driven integration, microservices, and platform modernization initiatives. - Provide strategic leadership to enterprise architects, engineering teams, and delivery organizations while fostering architecture governance and engineering excellence. - Influence executive stakeholders through technology roadmaps, architecture recommendations, business cases, and strategic transformation initiatives. - Support practice growth through technology consulting, solutioning, innovation, and enterprise architecture advisory engagements.     Key skills required - 15–20 years of experience in Retail, eCommerce, Supply Chain, or Order Management technology leadership roles. - Deep expertise in Order Management Systems (OMS), Distributed Order Management (DOM), and omnichannel commerce architecture. - Strong understanding of order orchestration, inventory management, fulfillment optimization, customer order lifecycle, returns management, and omnichannel customer experience. - Proven experience leading enterprise OMS transformation, modernization, and architecture initiatives. - Hands-on experience designing enterprise-scale integrations using APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, messaging platforms, and enterprise integration patterns. - Strong expertise in defining target-state architecture, architecture governance, technology standards, and modernization strategies. - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), Kubernetes, API Management, security, scalability, performance optimization, and cloud-native architectures. - Exposure to leading OMS platforms such as IBM Sterling OMS, Manhattan Active Omni, Fluent Commerce, Oracle OMS, SAP Order Management, or Salesforce OMS. - Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and architecture governance methodologies. - Strong leadership, stakeholder management, strategic planning, executive communication, and decision-making skills. - Experience leading large-scale digital commerce transformation programs, marketplace integrations, omnichannel fulfillment, and inventory optimization initiatives. - Experience working in consulting-led transformation programs, managing global delivery teams, and collaborating with technology partners and vendors is preferred.
