Director | SAP GRC PC | Bengaluru | SAP • Job requisition ID : 105451  • Location: Bengaluru • Entity: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP  Your work profile - Drive SAP GRC & Security practice leadership, building and scaling capabilities, service offerings, and strategic client relationships to support long-term business growth objectives. - Orchestrate go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including solution development, alliance-led pursuits, joint offerings, and market expansion initiatives. - Manage and optimize the SAP GRC & Security portfolio, ensuring engagements contribute to revenue growth, client success, and market differentiation. - Support the development of multi-year practice strategies, aligning sales, delivery, alliances, innovation, and capability-building initiatives. - Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CISOs, Risk leaders, alliance partners, and internal leadership teams. - Lead practice governance, including business reviews, portfolio performance tracking, delivery oversight, and execution of strategic initiatives. - Drive internal alignment by mobilizing cross-functional teams across consulting, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, sales, and delivery functions. - Serve as the primary advisor for SAP Security and GRC transformation programs, managing escalations and ensuring seamless execution across global teams. - Support business development and pre-sales activities, identifying new opportunities, leading pursuits, and building industry-focused SAP Security and GRC solutions. - Collaborate with marketing and alliance teams to enhance market visibility, including solution positioning, thought leadership, campaigns, and event strategies. - Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture and developing future leaders. - Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable SAP environments across global enterprises.   Key skills required - Practice Leadership: Revenue growth, portfolio management, service offerings, GTM strategy - SAP GRC & Security: SAP GRC AC, Process Control, Risk Management, SAP Security, S/4HANA Security - Client Advisory: Executive engagement, security transformation, compliance consulting - Stakeholder Management: CXO relationships, alliance management, relationship building - Governance & Operations: Business reviews, delivery oversight, performance tracking - Business Development: Opportunity identification, pursuits, proposals, pre-sales support - Compliance & Risk Management: SoD, access governance, ITGC, SOX, GDPR - Technology Expertise: SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori Security, HANA Authorizations, SAP IAG - Leadership: Team mentoring, capability building, succession planning - Program Management: Large transformation programs, global rollouts, multi-account delivery
