Deputy Manager | Automation | Bengaluru | Engineering | Quality Engineering • Job requisition ID : 110688  • Location: Bengaluru • Entity: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP  - 8+ years of experience in SDET / QA Automation roles - Strong programming expertise in Java (mandatory) - Hands-on experience with API automation tools: - REST Assured (primary) - Postman / Newman (supporting only) - Karate (good to have) - Experience testing API-first and microservices architectures - Strong understanding of: - Service contracts - Mocking and stubbing - JSON / XML validation - API schema validation - Integration testing patterns - Domain exposure to Retail Banking: - Accounts, payments, cards, onboarding, transactions - Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle - Strong debugging skills using Linux, logs, backend tracing - Strong understanding of API fundamentals: - Endpoints, payloads, status codes, authentication
