Consultant | SAP PP | Vadodara | SAP | DSA SAP Accounts • Job requisition ID : 112340  • Location: Ahmedabad • Entity: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP  Consultant | SAP PP - Production Planning| Vadodara | SAP | DSA SAP Accounts     Key Responsibilities The consultant shall collaborate closely with business team, co – partners or any other team members to support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation project. The consultant shall collaborate closely with business team, co – partners or any other team members to support requirement gathering, process analysis, and fit-to-standard/fit-gap assessments.  The consultant shall analyze manufacturing processes and design optimized To-Be processes using SAP S/4HANA best practices and recommend standard SAP S/4 HANA processes wherever applicable. The consultant shall support in configuring SAP PP processes, including: - Demand Management - Material Requirements Planning (MRP) - MRP Live - BOMs - Work Centers - Routings - Production Versions - Production Planning - Capacity Planning - Planned Orders - Production Orders - Production Scheduling - Shop Floor Control - Production Confirmations - Goods Issue and Goods Receipt - Any other process which is required to meet business objectives   Required Skills - We are looking for an experienced SAP PP Functional Consultant with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience to support an end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation. The consultant will be responsible for production planning, manufacturing process design, SAP PP configuration, integration, testing, data migration support, and post-go-live stabilization - The consultant shall support in configuration of MRP parameters, planning strategies, lot-sizing procedures, and relevant production-planning settings. - The consultant shall support in Production master-data design, governance, migration, and validation. - The consultant shall support in designing and configuring production-order processes, scheduling, confirmation, and settlement. - The consultant shall support in integration of SAP PP with MM, PM, QM, SD, and FI/CO. - The consultant shall collaborate closely with business team, co – partners or any other team members to support master-data design, cleansing, mapping, migration, and validation. - The consultant shall collaborate closely with business team, co – partners or any other team members to prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, forms, workflows, and enhancements. - The consultant shall support preparation and execution of unit, integration, regression, and UAT test scenarios. - The consultant shall support defect resolution and coordinate with business users during testing. - The consultant shall provide post-implementation support and ongoing system enhancements. - The consultant shall provide functional support and troubleshoot production issues. - The consultant shall maintain configuration documents, process flows, functional specifications, and project documentation.  - Graduate and relevant professional experience in the respective SAP S/4 HANA module Consultant
