Learn more about ET&P   Your work profile - As a SAP PM Consultant with experience in SAP IS-U and Utility Asset Management to support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions within a utility environment. - Should be responsible for configuring and supporting asset maintenance processes, preventive and corrective maintenance, work order management, equipment lifecycle management, field service operations, and integration with SAP IS-U business processes. The role requires close collaboration with operations, maintenance, metering, engineering, and IT teams to improve asset reliability, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. - Should possess strong functional knowledge of SAP PM and an understanding of utility operations, including substations, distribution networks, meters, transformers, feeders, and utility infrastructure assets. - As a SAP PM Implementation & Configuration should Configure and support SAP PM business processes. - Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, and deployment activities. - Prepare functional specifications and business process documents. - Support SAP PM implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support engagements. - Ensure alignment of maintenance processes with utility business requirements. - Maintenance Management - Preventive Maintenance - Corrective Maintenance - Predictive Maintenance (Preferred) - Work Order Management - Asset & Equipment Management Key skills required - 6+ years of overall experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), Functional Location Management, Equipment Management, Maintenance Notifications, Maintenance Orders,Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, Measuring Points & Counters, Breakdown Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance - SAP Integration: SAP IS-U, SAP MM, SAP FI/CO, SAP PS, SAP EAM - Utility Operations Knowledge - Asset Lifecycle Management, Metering Infrastructure, Preventive Maintenance Programs,Utility Network Assets, Work Management Processes - Preferred Skills - SAP S/4HANA EAM, SAP Asset Manager, SAP Mobile Work Management, GIS Integration,Smart Metering Programs, Field Service Management, SAP Fiori Applications, SAP BTP, Maintenance Analytics & Reporting - Preferred Industry Experience - Power Distribution Utilities (DISCOMs) - Electricity Boards - Energy & Utilities Sector - Smart Metering Projects - Transmission & Distribution Companies - Public Sector Utilities - SAP PM Certification preferred. - Exposure to SAP IS-U environments preferred - Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) – B.Sc ( I.T), B.Sc ( Computer Science ) , B.E/B.Tech ( electrical /instrumentation/Mechanical) or MBA.
