Learn more about ET&P Your work profile We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to support end-to-end logistics operations, inventory management, and equipment lifecycle management. The role involves coordinating domestic and international shipments, managing warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain seamless logistics operations while adhering to trade compliance standards. Key skills required - Manage physical inventory, stock forecasting, and distribution of hardware/equipment. - Perform inbound receiving, outbound shipment coordination, and warehouse inventory management. - Coordinate global equipment deliveries, returns, and shipment tracking. - Monitor logistics tickets and ensure timely closure through successful shipment receipt. - Provide logistics support for equipment procurement and coordinate with shipping partners. - Maintain accurate inventory records across hardware depots and warehouse locations. - Oversee shipment packaging, labeling, documentation, and order status updates. - Collaborate with Trade Compliance teams and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers to ensure compliance with international export and import regulations. - Conduct periodic physical inventory audits and support warehouse personnel with inventory management best practices. - Optimize inventory movement through warehouse slotting, inventory planning, and route optimization. - Manage domestic and international shipment requests while providing timely status updates to stakeholders. - Ensure adherence to established inventory control processes, logistics procedures, and operational standards. Technical Skills - Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse, or Vendor Management. - Knowledge of inventory management, stock forecasting, and warehouse operations. - Hands-on experience with ERP systems and inventory management tools. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets. - Understanding of domestic and international shipping processes. - Familiarity with export/import compliance and coordination with 3PL providers. Soft Skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Good organizational and multitasking skills. - High attention to detail and ownership mindset. - Preferred Experience - 2–5 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or Supply Chain Management. - Experience working with hardware inventory or equipment lifecycle management is preferred.
