Learn more about ET&P Your work profile ·      Lead functional and techno-functional discovery workshops for SAP Datasphere data models, integration flows, semantic layers, and reporting requirements. ·       Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and acceptance criteria. ·      Analyze current-state data architecture and reporting processes to identify optimization opportunities aligned with the target Datasphere model. ·      Partner with architects and integration teams to clarify design impacts, data dependencies, and cross-system integration requirements. ·       Support UAT planning and execution, including clarifying test scenarios, expected outcomes, and sign-off criteria. ·       Drive end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle. ·      Mentor junior consultants/analysts and support readiness activities for business SMEs and key stakeholders. Key skills required ·      3–9 years of experience in the SAP Datasphere. ·      Minimum 1 end-to-end SAP Datasphere implementation experience is mandatory. ·      Strong hands-on experience in SAP Datasphere data modeling, data flows, and integrations. ·      Experience integrating Datasphere with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud and BW. ·      Good understanding of SQL, data warehousing, and analytical modeling concepts. ·      Ability to independently handle client discussions, requirement gathering, and solution delivery. ·      Experience in performance optimization, testing, and deployment activities. ·      Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
