Learn more about ET&P Your work profile ·      Lead functional discoveries and workshops for Identity and Access Management ·      Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and acceptance criteria. ·      Understand key concepts of Authentication, Authorization and Multi Factor Authentication ·      Deep understanding of user life cycle management, Role Based Access Control and segregation of Duties ·      Partner with architects and integration teams to clarify design impacts and dependencies. ·      Support UAT planning and execution, including clarifying test scenarios, expected outcomes, and sign-off criteria. ·      Drive end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle. Key skills required ·      5+ years of experience as a Oracle Identity and Access Management SME with a strong focus on integration with Active Directory, Database, Oracle EBS ·      Good understanding of Java, SQL and REST API ·      Demonstrated experience leading requirements elicitation and specification for complex functional areas. ·      Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. ·      Strong collaboration across business and technical stakeholders. ·      Exposure to testing lifecycle and UAT execution preferred.   Education - BE,MBA,CA,Bcom,Mcom
