Learn more about ET&P Your work profile Functional Responsibilities - Gather and analyze business requirements related to financial consolidation and reporting. - Conduct workshops with finance and accounting stakeholders. - Configure Oracle FCCS to meet business and reporting requirements. - Design and support: - Financial Consolidation - Intercompany Eliminations - Currency Translation - Cash Flow Reporting - Statutory Reporting - Management Reporting - Prepare functional and technical design documents. Technical Responsibilities - Configure FCCS metadata, dimensions, and application settings. - Develop and maintain: - Business Rules - Configurable Calculations - Data Forms - Smart View Templates - Financial Reports - Dashboards - Support data integration activities using Data Management/FDMEE. - Perform application migrations across environments. - Troubleshoot system issues and optimize application performance. Project Delivery - Participate in all phases of implementation projects including: - Requirements Gathering - Design - Development - Testing - Deployment - Hypercare Support - Execute unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing. - Provide production support and issue resolution. Collaboration - Work closely with finance, accounting, IT, and business teams. - Coordinate with project managers and technical architects. - Support knowledge transfer and end-user training activities. Key skills required - Oracle FCCS - Oracle EPM Cloud - Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) – preferred - Data Management / FDMEE - Smart View - Financial Reporting - Metadata Management - Business Rules and Calculation Manager - Data Integration and Reconciliation Functional Knowledge Strong understanding of: - Financial Consolidation - Period-End Close Process - Intercompany Eliminations - Currency Translation - Ownership Management - IFRS and GAAP Reporting - Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Reporting - Financial Planning and Reporting Processes Soft Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Client-facing consulting experience - Ability to work independently and within teams - Stakeholder management skills - Documentation and reporting expertise Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field - Oracle FCCS or Oracle EPM Cloud certification preferred - MBA Finance, CA, CPA, or CMA is an added advantage
