Learn more about ET&P   Your work profile ·       Responsible for participating in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documenting process flows and specifications. ·       Documentation of requirements, processes, and User documentation ·       Design business processes and application configuration for applications based on industry best practices. ·       Work with technical teams to design and test automation and integrations ·       Support all solution activities including testing, verification, and cutover activities. ·       Support the configuration of NetSuite modules under senior consultant supervision and ready to take responsibility. ·       Perform basic system testing and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT). ·       Develop saved searches, reports, and dashboards based on client requirements. ·       Provide user training and post-go-live support. ·       Collaborate with senior team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions. ·       Stay updated on NetSuite functionality and best practices. ·       Contribute to data migration and system integration tasks as needed. ·       Participate in NetSuite implementation projects and support project delivery activities. ·       Demonstrate a willingness to learn both functional and technical aspects of NetSuite to support evolving business requirements.   Key skills required ·       4+ years of experience with Oracle NetSuite. ·       Experience in Financials, Accounting, Manufacturing, Software, Wholesale Distribution, Services, or Retail. ·       Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with NetSuite modules including Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, Fixed Assets (FA/FAM), covering Chart of Accounts (COA), General Ledger, Multi-Book Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Advanced Financials, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Reporting. ·       Familiarity with additional modules like Project Management (Pgm), Manufacturing, E-commerce, and Advanced Revenue Management is a plus. ·       Experience in managing client relationships during pre-sales and post-sales engagements. ·       Ability to train clients and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT). ·       Commitment to continuous learning, including pursuing relevant certifications and deepening product knowledge. ·       Proven ability to deliver training and facilitate workshops effectively. ·       NetSuite certification (SuiteFoundation or equivalent) is highly preferred. ·       Proficiency in creating saved searches, workflows, and reports in NetSuite. ·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ·       Effective communication and interpersonal skills. ·       Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Experience working on at least one NetSuite or ERP implementation project is preferred. ·       Willingness to learn both functional consulting and technical aspects of NetSuite.
