Associate Director | SAP GRC PC | Bengaluru | SAP • Job requisition ID : 105450  • Location: Bengaluru • Entity: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP    Your work profile    - Drive SAP GRC & Security practice growth, building and scaling service offerings, client relationships, and delivery capabilities to support long-term business objectives. - Orchestrate go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including solution development, alliance-led pursuits, thought leadership, and market expansion initiatives. - Manage and optimize the SAP GRC & Security portfolio, ensuring engagements contribute to revenue growth, client success, and market differentiation. - Support the development of multi-year practice strategies, aligning sales, delivery, alliances, and capability-building initiatives. - Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CISOs, Risk leaders, alliance partners, and internal leadership teams. - Lead governance across strategic client engagements, including executive reviews, performance tracking, risk management, and value realization. - Drive internal alignment by mobilizing cross-functional teams across consulting, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, sales, and delivery functions. - Serve as the primary advisor for SAP Security and GRC transformation programs, managing escalations and ensuring successful execution across global teams. - Support business development and pre-sales activities by identifying opportunities, leading pursuits, and developing industry-focused SAP Security and GRC solutions. - Collaborate with marketing and alliance teams to enhance market visibility through campaigns, thought leadership, solution positioning, and industry events. - Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and growth-oriented culture. - Oversee large-scale SAP Security and GRC transformation programs, ensuring delivery excellence, compliance alignment, and operational efficiency          Key skills required  - SAP GRC & Security Leadership: SAP GRC AC, Process Control, Risk Management, SAP Security, S/4HANA Security - Practice Management: Revenue growth, portfolio management, service offerings, GTM strategy - Client Advisory: Executive engagement, security transformation, compliance consulting - Stakeholder Management: CXO relationships, alliance management, cross-functional collaboration - Delivery & Governance: Program leadership, executive reviews, risk management, quality assurance - Business Development: Pursuits, proposals, account mining, pre-sales support - Compliance & Risk Management: SoD, ITGC, SOX, GDPR, access governance - Technology Expertise: SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori Security, HANA Authorizations, SAP IAG - People Leadership: Team mentoring, capability building, succession planning - Program Management: Global SAP transformations, multi-account delivery, offshore team leadership
