Learn more about ET&P Your work profile GBS Strategy & Business Case Development - Lead GBS strategy and business case development, aligned to enterprise transformation objectives - Develop investment-grade value cases covering cost, productivity, talent, risk, scalability, and long-term operate considerations - Support location strategy, workforce planning, and feasibility assessments aligned to evolving talent and regulatory landscapes - Collaborate with global Deloitte teams and specialist functions to ensure GBS strategies align with broader enterprise, technology, finance, and operate agendas   Target Operating Model & Capability Design - Design and execute future-ready Target Operating Models (TOMs) for GBSs, including: - Governance and service ownership models - Hybrid sourcing strategies (in-house, managed services, ecosystem partners) - Capability- and CoE-led delivery models - Enable clients to move from transactional shared services to capability-driven, operate-ready GBSs - Work closely with Deloitte Technology, Digital, and Industry teams to embed cross-functional capabilities into GBS designs   End-to-End Transition, Scale-Up & Operate - Lead multi-functional GBS/ Outsourcing transitions and expansions across Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Legal, Analytics, and Digital - Oversee knowledge transfer, stabilization, performance management, and service maturity uplift - Support the design and implementation of operate and managed services models, ensuring sustained performance post-transition - Coordinate delivery across multiple Deloitte member firms and geographies to ensure seamless execution   Digital, Analytics & AI Enablement - Embed process mining, BI, and advanced analytics into GBS design, governance, and performance management - Partner with digital, AI, and cloud teams to enable: - Automation of service delivery - Insight-driven decision-making - AI-enabled GBS operating models - Leverage Deloitte’s global digital and analytics ecosystem to bring leading practices and innovation to clients   Stakeholder & Change Leadership - Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior global stakeholders - Lead change management across geographies, cultures, and functions - Drive adoption of new operating models, ways of working, and digital capabilities - Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments involving client leadership and cross-Deloitte teams   Practice Growth & Market Development - Support RFI/RFP responses, solution design, and deal shaping for GBS engagements, including transform-and-operate opportunities - Contribute to thought leadership, IP development, and market propositions in the GBS space - Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams within the GBS Advisory practice - Collaborate with Partners and teams across Deloitte member firms to pursue and deliver large, multi-competency GBS engagements Note : This role involves extensive domestic and international travel.   Required Skills - 9+  years of consulting or transformation experience - Bachelor’s degree from Tier 1 college/ Chartered Accountant; Masters/ MBA preferred - Proven experience leading end-to-end GCC programs, including strategy, operating model design, transition, scale-up, and/or operate - Deep expertise in operating model design, governance frameworks, and service delivery models - Experience leading multi-functional GCC transitions across corporate functions - Strong stakeholder management skills, including C-suite and global leadership engagement - Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple functions, service lines, and geographies in a global consulting environment - Solid understanding of location strategy, workforce planning, and investment modeling - Experience managing large teams (20+ members) across complex transformation programs - Demonstrated contribution to business development, including RFPs, solutioning, and deal support ·       Proficient user of Microsoft suite (advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word) ·       Experience in executing technology led transformation programs ·       Ability to develop point of views and support in thought leadership ·       Expertise in one or more shared services functions such as Finance, HR, Procurement, IT operations/ processes ·       Exposure to vendor management strategy and operations is a plus ·       Ability to act as a subject matter expert in relevant areas – solutions/ functions/ sectors ·       Possessed leadership qualities and the ability to mentor consultants and junior team members ·       Exposure to technologies such AWS, Azure, Data Analytics, Automation and Engineering tools is a plus
