Learn more about ET&P   Your work profile - Analyse, design, configuration, test, implement SAP Solutions to meet business requirement  - Good understanding of Finance related Business process and period end closing activities  - Basic knowledge to controlling - COPA, PCA, CCA - Good communication skills  - Interpersonal skills   Key skills required - Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. - Analyze business requirements and design SAP FICO solutions aligned with best practices. - Configure and support Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. - Manage key finance processes including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, and Product Costing. - Coordinate integration with SAP MM, SD, PS, PP, PM, and Treasury modules. - Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, system configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live support. - Collaborate with finance teams to optimize business processes and improve system efficiency. - Manage incident resolution, change requests, and enhancement developments. - Ensure compliance with statutory, taxation, audit, and financial reporting requirements. - Review functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments. - Prepare project documentation, training materials, SOPs, and user manuals. - Monitor project timelines, risks, deliverables, and resource utilization. - Mentor junior consultants and support team capability development. - Participate in pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, effort estimation, and proposal preparation. - Support SAP S/4HANA migration and digital transformation initiatives..   Education Btech, MBA, or any other qualification
