We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to drive enterprise-scale industrial AI initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes across manufacturing operations   Role Overview This role combines solution architecture, consulting, and AI leadership to design and deploy next-generation AI solutions for manufacturing and industrial clients. The ideal candidate will bridge deep manufacturing expertise with modern AI technologies, enabling smarter, more connected, and autonomous operations. Key Responsibilities • Lead architecture and delivery of AI, GenAI, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics solutions for manufacturing enterprises. • Design scalable AI platforms leveraging Azure AI, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and cloud-native technologies. • Develop use cases across predictive maintenance, quality optimization, production efficiency, engineering knowledge management, and operational intelligence. • Design RAG architectures, knowledge graphs, agentic AI systems, and manufacturing copilots. • Integrate AI solutions with MES, ERP, PLM, IIoT, historian, and shop-floor systems. • Drive client workshops, roadmap development, solution governance, and executive stakeholder engagement. • Ensure responsible AI, cybersecurity, data governance, and MLOps/LLMOps best practices. • Mentor project teams and contribute to reusable industrial AI accelerators. Ideal Candidate Profile • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Industry 4.0, or Digital Transformation. • 5+ years of hands-on experience designing AI, Analytics, Machine Learning, or Generative AI solutions. • Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, and Knowledge Graphs. • Experience with Azure AI Services, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, AWS, or Google Cloud AI platforms. • Strong understanding of MES, SCADA, DCS, PLCs, Industrial Historians, ERP, PLM, and IIoT ecosystems. • Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs and client-facing consulting engagements. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
