About the role

Your Role - Freshers are also eligible - 1 to 2 years of experience in BPO, Healthcare, Claims Processing, Customer Service, Collections, or related operations. - Experience in handling customer issues, case management, and escalation management. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. - Good comprehension and analytical skills. - Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail. - Proficiency in MS Office applications, email systems, web-based tools, and data entry activities. - Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment. - Open to work from office. In this role you will play a key role in: - Excellent verbal and written communication in English. - Strong customer handling and escalation management skills. - Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Time management and multitasking skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Basic understanding of healthcare claims and insurance processes (preferred).
