Experience Required
8–12 years of relevant experience working in Oracle Cloud SCM
Preferred experience of Oracle E Business Suite (EBS) SCM (at least 2–3 years), including exposure to key modules such as Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, BOM/WIP, Costing, or WMS
Should have worked in at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations
Experience in a client-facing role
Strong exposure to integration, data conversion, and co-existence scenarios between EBS and Fusion
Experience in solution design, preparing functional specifications, and driving end to end delivery
Hands on experience in application configuration, test case preparation, and execution
Primary Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Lead requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM / or other prescribed methodologies
Implementation experience in at least 8 Oracle Fusion SCM modules, such as:
Product Management
Procurement
Order Management
Pricing
Inventory
Costing
(Good to have) Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud, Oracle Manufacturing Cloud, Supply Chain Planning Cloud
Conduct CRP sessions, participate in design reviews and solution discussions
Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion SCM modules:
Product Management, OM Cloud, Pricing, Manufacturing, Inventory, Costing, Planning
Interpret functional requirements and deliver solutions independently from offshore
Design module specific solutions in a fully integrated Oracle Fusion environment
Handle Solution Design, Functional Fit Gap, Training, and Testing
Assist business during CRP/SIT/UAT
Prepare high quality deliverables, documentation, test scripts, and test cases
Conduct trainings for users and internal teams
Support the Project Management Office (PMO) with documentation and status reporting
Competencies / Skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate requirements into detailed design documents
Proficiency in documenting using OUM or any structured methodology
Strong customer handling skills and ability to lead & mentor teams
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
Ability to quickly acquire and apply complex business knowledge
Team player with strong collaboration abilities
Must follow well defined release management processes
Ability to multitask while staying focused on priorities
Must have a valid passport
Willingness to travel for client site work / business travel
