As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various critical business system components. The role requires dynamic problem-solving to ensure system stability and performance, collaborating with different teams to maintain seamless operations. This position demands vigilance and adaptability to swiftly identify root causes and implement effective solutions, contributing to the overall health and reliability of essential business applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and issue resolution.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps, Microsoft Azure PaaS, Microsoft Azure IaaS, Google Cloud Platform Administration.

- Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.

- Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools.

- Ability to monitor and troubleshoot cloud-based environments effectively.

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in DevOps.

- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
